Scope of application<\/h2>\n<p>These GTC apply to all orders placed on the www.escape-speaker.ch website and govern the contractual relationship between Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl and its customers.<br>Any contrary condition imposed by the customer will be considered null and void, unless explicitly accepted by Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl.<br>Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time without prior notice. Modifications take effect as soon as they are published online. <\/p>\n<h2>2. Proposals and Contract Formation<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">The information provided on the site and in commercial documents is given for information only and is not contractual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Validation of the online order by the customer constitutes a firm and definitive commitment.<br>Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl will confirm receipt of the order without delay.<br>In the event of impossibility of delivery or pricing error, Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl will contact the customer to agree on an alternative solution.<br>Product specifications (dimensions, weight, etc.) are indicative and not binding, unless expressly stated.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Identity of the Contractor<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl, Rue de Combremont 4, CH-1908 Riddes, Switzerland. Email: info@solutionscustom.ch. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>4. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Deliveries are made in Switzerland and Liechtenstein by DHL for parcels up to 30 kg. For heavier parcels, delivery is made by carrier to the kerbside. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Delivery times for items in stock vary between 2 and 4 working days.<br>For special orders, a specific delivery time will be communicated.<br>Delivery times are indicative, unless explicitly agreed.<br>Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl is only responsible if its delivery partners respect the deadlines.<br>In the case of delivery with assembly, accessibility must be ensured by the customer.<br>Visible damage must be reported immediately on receipt, and hidden damage within 4 days.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment and Retention of Title<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Payment methods accepted: credit card, TWINT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Goods remain the property of Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Purchase on invoice<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Purchase on invoice is possible under certain conditions, managed by an external service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl remains responsible for the execution of the contract, except for the collection and processing of payments.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Warranty<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl offers a 2-year warranty on its products against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance or unauthorized modifications.<br>Minor deviations are not eligible for warranty claims.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Back<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Returns are accepted under certain conditions, with the prior agreement of Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days.<br>Return shipping costs are at the customer&#8217;s expense.<br>The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of returned items.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Data protection<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl is committed to protecting its customers&#8217; personal data in accordance with current legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 23.040001px; color: #333333;\">10. Liability<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">Solutions Custom Made S\u00e0rl declines all responsibility for indirect damage linked to the use of its site or the completion of orders.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>11.
